Submit all maintenance requests to auburncrossing@tejproperties.com or call them into the office at (334) 821-4400. We at Auburn Crossing want to handle our service requests as soon as possible. To ensure this, please include this important information to help guide us to better serving you. Please include your apartment number, name, a telephone number where you can be reached, and the specific room where the problem occurs. If the request is for a bedroom, please include the bedroom letter. Also make the same specifications when it comes to a bathroom.
